No Ford at Delhi Auto Expo 2010 !

Sad news for Ford fans but the awakening of a Giant!

This is one of the saddest news one can have. Ford is not taking part in the Delhi Auto Expo. Since the giant manufacturer of automobiles is resting we can assure that it is on a roll of a new development. The much awaited FIGO is on its way into the Indian markets. FIGO is a hatchback which can be one of the major problems to other manufacturers. It is one of the top notch model which is launched in Europe.

The new FIGO will be available at 4 to 6lakhs which is quite decent. Both variants are available for power petrol lovers and efficient diesel users. Launch date of the car is not decided yet but soon to be around March. This is the expected date of launching the newFIGO . It will have a 1.4litre engine which will deliver 68bhp. Well according to the new developments which have been crated this is one of the low performances which we are looking into. Comparison can be done with the Punto as it delivers 96Bhp which is perfect for the cost. TheFIGO available at the same cost has less power as compared to the Punto.

The features offered are different through which converts the deal. Testing of the FIGO can be seen as this is one of the top end models for hatchback cars. Ford does promises to bring wonders in packed performers. This can be one of the designs which Ford is looking.

Fiat Made in Italy and Used in India-2010

Fiat had made an entry at the Auto Expo and it shined with the Italian power. The new Linea which had advanced power was on display at the Auto Expo. The new machine had the capacity to deliver 110bhp at 5000Rpm. This is one of the advanced models which could deliver high power at an economy price.

The new Linea ensured attraction when the curtains were raised. The Italian churns out 200nm of torque at 2500Rpm which is quite decent. According to the new specifications it can handle the ups and downs which the car needs to face on Indian roads.

The new feature is available in the Emotion section only. Multi Point Fuel Injection makes the car to deliver high capacity with less fuel usage. The petrol variant which is 1.4 litre has this option too. It has huge competition as this is the core segment. The Toyota Prius and the Honda City are its main competitors which can come in the way of Italian. Dualogic semi automatic gear box ensures smooth revving and a good amount of thrust.

Bubble bee (Chevrolet Camaro) in the Expo-2010

Chevrolet strikes again with its mighty bubble bee. It was featured in Transformer movie where lots of modifications were done. The original yellow bubble bee which is also known as Camaro was on display. The yellow wonder was spread in the arena covering the entire spot.

The 2010 Camaro was present with the American auto maker. The first Camaro ever built was back in 60s. Right after the creation lot of modifications took place which made the beast out of a soft bubble bee.

Chevrolet officially launched the Beat in the Delhi Auto Expo. This is one of the creative side cars which are from the Hatchback section.

The new Beat was exposed last year in a European auto show. It was just a concept which could have never been out on streets. But as time changes things take places where they belong.The new Beat is all ready to invade the Indian segment. Mid size Hatchback which has features of a sedan is a good deal. The all new Beat is available in funky colors which can also be known as the future Spark.

Aggressive looks are guaranteed with the car. Not just the looks but also the performance could be seen in a aggressive manner. The performance delivered is truly high class. Another hatchback from the Americans is the U-VA. This is one of the oldest hatchbacks from the list of Chevrolet manufacture. The new design made its way through the paper and right on to the stage. It has a common rail engine which is shared by the Swift and Punto.

The all new Volt did fluctuate in the Delhi Auto Expo with madness. It is designed from Chevrolet India. This means the design is desi style. It does look like a concept vehicle but has the power to convert it in to reality. The newVolt will be launched in India says the Fritz Henderson CEO of General Motors. It helped to create an eco friendly atmosphere in the Auto Expo.

Electric version of Volt will be launched by year end. This is one of the preferred moves done by Chevrolet. They are starting to sell top end cars in India. One thing is sure the demand for top end cars is increasing day by day. One day the corvette will roll in India. Not before theVolt does but yes talks are taking place where sports section will be introduced.

There are chances where the production might start by end of December. Electric segment is created in India but the demand is less as the engine capacity being less and so do the output delivered. But after the creation of theVolt things will change as this is a complete power segment vehicle.
