Eco Factor: Zero-emission motorcycle powered by electric motors.
Already flaunting over four times the energy efficiency of the most popular hybrids in the market and over twice the efficiency of an all-electric car, the Brammo has rephrased its revolutionary electric bike Enertia with a still improved version – the Enertia Plus. The daily commuter bike is reported to have achieved 80 miles on a single 8 hours charge, thanks to its 6.0 kW h Lithium-ion battery pack.
The 324 lbs bike features simple charging and starting, a tighter turning radius and a better design that pushes the handlebars 1-inch back. Anyhow, those who are obsessed with the range only will sure not have to look for plug-ins at offices. Available in four new colors (black, blue, red and silver) with the option of a center kickstand and rigid Givi side bags, the Enertia Plus is retailing at US$8995.
